This Italian commercial honeybee doesn't require any sugar feeding since flora is available round the year in this area. It has a unique taste & aroma and is collected directly from small beekeepers. This honey is free of pesticides, preservatives, artificial ingredients and other chemicals.

- Plum Jam (250 grams Jar) - Only unblemished, hand picked plums are used to prepare this jam following time tested home recipe to ensure that natural taste and goodness of the fruit remains unalloyed without adding any artificial flavors, preservatives or colors. Plums are considered a rich source of vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber.

- Himalayan Haldi (50 grams) - Grown in the pristine hills of the Kumaon Himalaya, our Haldi/ Turmeric is harvested after 1 ½ years of being in the ground. Deep orange in colour, Himalayan haldi/ turmeric is cured and processed within 3 days in small batches to ensure high quality. An excellent natural antibiotic, turmeric adds flavour and colour to a variety of food preparation.

- Tulsi Rhododendron Herbal Infusion (14 Tea Bags) - Tulsi has significant quantities of antioxidants such as vitamins A and C and helps in harmonizing imbalances in the body. Rhododendron strengthens the heart, regulates digestion and reduces tension. Each tea bag is individually packed and sealed in an airtight, moisture proof pouch to preserve the freshness of the herbs.

- Himalayan Village Brown Rice (500 grams ) - Himalayan Village Brown Rice is grown in the high valleys of the Kumaon Himalaya. This rice is an old variety that grows best under extreme weather conditions in rain fed areas. Brown rice is old fashioned rice which is de-husked but still has its inner layer intact. All the iron, protein and B vitamins are present in this layer. Brown unpolished rice has more nutritional value than white rice and is very helpful for diabetes patients.

- Indian Quinoa (500 grams) - Quinoa is a gluten-free wholegrain containing all nine essential amino acids. It is known as a 'complete' protein due to its high protein content, which makes it a perfect ingredient for vegetarians. Quinoa also contains a small amount of omega-3 fatty acids which aids in cholesterol control. Naturally high in dietary fibre, quinoa is a slowly digested carbohydrate, making it a good low glycaemic index grain. Cooked quinoa seeds become fluffy and creamy, yet they remain slightly crunchy. It has a delicate and subtle nutty flavour, versatile for breakfast (as a cereal), lunch (as a salad) or dinner.

- Himalayan Four Grain Flour (500 grams) - A delicious mix of flours from the Kumaon hills. The flours are made using a German holistic Zentrofan vortex flour mill thereby preserving all the nutrients of the valuable grain and consist of a delicious blend of Himalayan Wheat flour, roasted Amaranth flour, Madhira (Barnyard Millet) flour and Madua (Finger Millet) flour. The grains are all grown in remote villages under natural conditions.
